Translations

Translating means transferring a written text from one language (source text) into another one (target text).

Prior to a conference, I am happy to translate any documents you might need, such as handouts or presentations.

Furthermore, I offer technical translations in various fields as well as translations of websites, brochures and other written texts, so you can better communicate with your customers abroad, for instance.

For me, translating means having a perfect command of both languages, knowhow in various fields of expertise and producing a stylistically impeccable text. But even more than that: Ideally, readers of the target text should not even realize that what they are reading is a translation and not a text originally written in that language.

The price for translations depends on the complexity and difficulty of the original text, formatting etc. and it is calculated per line, with a standard line consisting of 55 characters.
